Laurie Guy continued the rush of titles for Victoria over recent weeks winning the Wellington Champ of Champ Singles beating Robbie Bennett (Johnsonville) 21-17 for his 3rd Wellington Centre title. The win pushed Victoria into a 3rd place finish in the Bowls Wellington Men’s Club of the Year race already comfortably won by Johnsonville.
Victoria won the Women’s Club of the Year title when Petone Central lost in the first round of their Champ of Champ Singles.
