Congratulations to the Victoria B Grade indoor bowls champion team who helped the Hutt Valley win the Greater Wellington Champ of Champ Interclub on Monday night in Lower Hutt. The team of Barry O’Brien, Kay Carr, Ray Martin and Steve Zino won five of their seven matches on the night to assist Hutt Valley to 61 points over the four grades which was 10 more than the next highest Upper Hutt.
Victoria’s A Grade champions who represented Wellington Catholic had a tougher night winning two matches, drawing one and losing four.
